Dennis Interieurarchitect processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@dennis-interieurarchitect.nl and we will delete that information.

On the basis of automated processing, Dennis Interieurarchitect does not make decisions about matters that could have (considerable) consequences for individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example an employee of Dennis Interieurarchitect) in between. Dennis Interieurarchitect uses the following computer programs or systems: TOPFIND Content Management Systems (CMS) for maintaining websites, web servers, for hosting our website, Apache 2.0 and other software necessary for processing data, such as Windows and Office programs.

How long we keep personal data

Dennis Interieurarchitect will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. We use the statutory retention periods for personal data.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Dennis Interieurarchitect only provides services to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Dennis Interieurarchitect only uses technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. User-based event data in Google Analytics will be deleted after 38 months.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data

No personal data is stored on our website. You have the right to let us, correct or delete your personal data if we process it for administrative reasons because you are our customer or supplier. In addition, you have the right to revoke any consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Dennis Interieurarchitect and you have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation mentioned by you. Onze website en/of dienst heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. We kunnen echter niet controleren of een bezoeker ouder dan 16 is. Wij raden ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming. Geautomatiseerde besluitvorming

Dennis Interieurarchitect neemt op basis van geautomatiseerde verwerkingen geen besluiten over zaken die (aanzienlijke) gevolgen kunnen hebben voor personen. Het gaat hier om besluiten die worden genomen door computerprogramma's of -systemen, zonder dat daar een mens (bijvoorbeeld een medewerker van Dennis Interieurarchitect) tussen zit. Dennis Interieurarchitect gebruikt de volgende computerprogramma's of -systemen: TOPFIND Content Management Systemen (CMS) voor het onderhouden van websites, webservers, voor het hosten van onze website, Apache 2.0 en andere voor de verwerking van gegevens nodige software, zoals Windows en Office programma’s.

Hoe lang we persoonsgegevens bewaren

Dennis Interieurarchitect bewaart je persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor je gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de wettelijke bewaartermijnen voor van persoonsgegevens.

Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden

Dennis Interieurarchitect verstrekt uitsluitend aan derden en alleen als dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van onze overeenkomst met jou of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting.

Dennis Interieurarchitect gebruikt alleen technische en functionele cookies. En analytische cookies die geen inbreuk maken op je privacy. Een cookie is een klein tekstbestand dat bij het eerste bezoek aan deze website wordt opgeslagen op jouw computer, tablet of smartphone. De cookies die wij gebruiken zijn noodzakelijk voor de technische werking van de website en jouw gebruiksgemak. Wij gebruiken Google Analytics met de anonimiseringsfunctie. Door deze toevoeging verkort en anonimiseert Google het IP-adres van de internetverbinding van de betrokkene wanneer deze onze internetpagina's bezoekt vanuit een lidstaat van de Europese Unie of een andere staat die partij is bij de Overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte.

Op gebruikers gebaseerde gebeurtenisgegevens in Google Analytics worden na 38 maanden verwijderd.

Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen

Op onze website worden geen persoonsgegevens opgeslagen. Je hebt het recht om je persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen, indien wij deze om administratieve redenen verwerken omdat je klant of leverancier van ons bent. Daarnaast heb je het recht om je eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens door Dennis Interieurarchitect en heb je het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Dat betekent dat je bij ons een verzoek kan indienen om de persoonsgegevens die wij van jou beschikken in een computerbestand naar jou of een ander, door jou genoemde organisatie, te sturen. Je kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering, gegevensoverdraging van je persoonsgegevens of verzoek tot intrekking van je toestemming of bezwaar op de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens sturen naar info@dennis-interieurarchitect.nl. Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door jou is gedaan, vragen wij jou een kopie van je identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie je pasfoto, MRZ (machine leesbare zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van je privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op jouw verzoek . Dennis Interieurarchitect wil je er tevens op wijzen dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om een klacht in te dienen bij de nationale toezichthouder, de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
